Who we are
Lone Star Foundation Co. is a Dallas-Fort Worth company run by Rudy Zolezzi. We connect homeowners, real estate agents, home inspectors and property managers with Allied Foundation LLC, the crew that inspects the house and does the work.
You deal with one person from the first call to the finished job. Allied brings the crew, the equipment and the written warranty.
How it works

- Free inspectionThe Allied crew looks at the foundation, crawl space or roof and explains what they find.
- Written bidYou get photos and the scope and price in writing before anything starts.
- The work and the warrantyYour contract is with Allied, they do the work, and it's covered by Allied's written warranty. We stay in touch until it's done.
How we work
- Plain answers. If the house doesn't need work, you'll hear that too.
- Everything in writing before work starts.
- No pressure and no charge for the inspection.
- We will never offer to waive or cover an insurance deductible. Texas law doesn't allow it, and we don't handle insurance claims.
