Foundation leveling: brick gap at a corner closed

ProblemOne corner of the house had settled. The brick pulled away from the trim at the corner, leaving a wide gap running up the wall with cracked mortar near the top.
FixThe settled side was lifted back toward level on new foundation piers. As the house came back up, the gap between the brick and the trim closed.
